WOW, that seems like a ton of food now that I've gotten it typed out, what do you think?
You should be eating 3 cups of vegetables per day, with maximum 1 cup coming from the "Other Vegetables" list. Right now you are eating more. Maybe you want to cut down on the lettuce.

Cheese is limited to 3-4 oz per day. I'm not sure how much those 1" cubes weigh.

Otherwise I think it looks pretty good. Are you getting enough fat there? You should be aiming for approx. 65%. Also check that over half of your net carbs are coming from vegetables.
