Re: How does my induction menu look? | | You are eating way too little food. You should be eating twice as much as you are. You are also way too low on veggies. You need two cups of salad veggies and one cup of other veggiesevery day.
Your fats should make up 65% of your diet. Protein 30% and carbs 5%. I suggest you start using fitday.com and checking your menus there. If you are a woman you should be eating 1500 cals a day. If you are man 1800-2000, maybe even more. I am assuming the pickles are dills without any sugar added. Mount Olive brand is a good one. Sweet pickles are not allowed in Induction.
With the amount you are eating you are not getting sufficient nutrients AND you are shutting your own metabolism down, making it even harder to lose weight.
