Cheese is limited to 3-4 oz per day. I'm not sure how much those 1" cubes weigh.
Otherwise I think it looks pretty good. Are you getting enough fat there? You should be aiming for approx. 65%. Also check that over half of your net carbs are coming from vegetables. I moved this thread to the "Review My Menu" forum. |

2 6" Celery: .8
1 asparagus: .4
that adds up to only 1.8 net grams of carbs....that can't be right, what's wrong?
