Default Re: Please review my anti big booty menu!!!

Welcome. Glad you decided against the limb thing. LOL. Atkins is not half that bad
So do you mind telling us how tall you are?

Anyways your menu. It was not bad at all!!!

It is a good plan but don't plan too much. Let your body be your guide. Are you really going to be able to eat 5 eggs for breakfast?

Boiled eggs is a really perfect snack I think. But have it only if you need it.

Brie is allowed - just keep within limits

I do not care for Crystal Light. It has sweetener which you try to avoid or limit. I think it has aspartame - a sweetener Atkins tells us to avoid. It does not count as water. You still HAVE to get in all your water.

I worry about how much protein there is there. We try not go over 30% protein a day. Early on induction I would not worry too much about this but it is something to think about in the long run

Are you familiar with FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal It is a great website for keeping an eye on your percetages on Atkins. We aim for our daily calories to be make from about 65% fat, 5% carbs and 30 % protein
