Re: Fitday question | | Hey, when you first click on any food you want to add to your day, go down and look at the carb total, if it has fiber and its worth the effort, then customize it. go "customize this food" and then subtract the fiber from the total carbs and enter under total under carbs, (delete fiber -enter 0), save your new food with name such as "Onion NC" (net carbs), just so you know which ones you have customized-
