Hi,
I completed my Rung 1 and after 5 days I didnt see a loss on the scale. Wasnt too worried since I had restarted the exercises

that I had abandoned in the Induction period what with the Flu and TOM. Well the 6th morning I saw a 1lb loss and the 7th a 1.6lb total loss...so I am happy.
So up the rung I go since I dont have anymore vegs I'd like to add now. Also I guess Rung 2 will be a week for me too since the only dairy I care to add that my body can tolerate is milk...I have never been able to tolerate yogurt (I know...I must be wired wrong)...but who knows I may just give it a try again if I am brave enough.
