Re: On to Rung 2 | | I, too am going to start rung 2 now. I lost 2.2 pounds on rung 1 but i was on it for ten days. The first week I added eggplant and the second week I added green beans.
Now Im gonna add yogurt and/or milk and there is something here in the gulf that is like milk but its thicker and sour and isnt salty its a drink like milk and is a dairy product...i dunno what you would call it but i love it. I hate cottage and ricotta cheese. I dunno what else I would wanna add so I guess here goes.........
