By the way, Rung 1 OWL means you add 5 net carbs of any Induction vegetable to your current Induction menu. It doesn't mean you add 5 net carbs of the Revolution Rolls or whatever.
Also shabutter, you really, really, really need to read the book. From what you've posted so fat, you've been doing your diet haphazardly, not really following Atkins, because you really don't know what Atkins entails. If you want to do the Atkins Diet, that haphazard approach won't help you any. So please, read
