They are from the Atkins Corporation, not Dr Atkins recommendations. But, Induction does recommend 2 cups of salad veggies and one cup of other veggies daily during Induction. Atkins is not all about meat. High fat and veggies are an inherent part of the plan if you are going to do it right. Welcome. The folks on this site will steer you in the right direction.
