i have now stuck religiously to this for a week
no caffeine
no milk
loads of water
eating more veg(still within induction measurements)
3000mg of l-carnatine daily
absolutely no cheats or treats
and ive upped my training to 2hrs of running and weight lifting a day
i went into ketosis after 1 day and have stayed there ever since..great...
weighed myself this morning..absolutely no weight loss whatsover..
i honestly feel like throwing in the towel..i cannot cut back anything else
why? why? why?
