Thanks so much theredhead .... I am normally quite a strong person - but this disease, the symptoms, and the fact that is degenerative is driving me nuts.
I know I have to deal with my health above all other - and if that means introducing carbs .. so be it.
But as you know - it is not such a question of 'looking good' but mainly 'feeling good with yourself' - and putting on wieght is NOT what I need right now.
