I agree with everyone but that being said it was not like I myself started on day one. Oh no - I was stubborn enough not to even though the people on this board kept prodding with the "are you exercising" question.

But once I did give it a try I loved it. And I think the key is to start slow and build on things you like but gradually try it all at least once. I even tried aerobics and I have no sense of rhythm what so ever.
