Re: Blood Sugar Issues | | the few times it has happened to me I didn't eat enough at lunch, done a strenuous workout and was in the high 60's or low 70's. I drink a glass of water, and eat celery, or a few radishes, wait a few minutes and my blood sugar goes back up enough that I don't have those feelings. I have learned to eat properly if I'm going to work out afterwards...a salad doesn't hack it.
I'll tell you what my Uncle was told - drink 8oz of Orange Juice and 2 Nilla Wafers. |
