Re: Pls review my menu... | | Yes it looks pretty good. I agree with the two j's. I think you still may have to add some more food. At least do not go hungry. But great that you are getting in three meals. Yes do use some majo or butter or dressing to add fat. And aim for those 3 cups of veggies. Be careful about cheese. You are limited to 3-4 ounces. But I think that is a great improvement. How are you doing?
