I usually tend to go for something like a few string cheese sticks, I find that if I use sugar to bring up my blood sugar, it drops it
very low not too long after. So if I use protein to bring it up, it usually lasts a while. Sometimes it takes a little bit to come back up, I hate the feeling of being all shakey and nauseous, but it does keep me up longer. Although, since doing this program I've not had any problems!
