Are you eating the correct quantities and types of veggies? Are you drinking a minimum of 64 ounces of water? Have you limited your sweeteners (they stall people)? Have you given up caffeine? Are you eating enough? Because eating too little can stop your loss. Are you eating 65% of your calories in fat? What kind of slips did you have--Induction must be done cleanly or you can really halt your progress and never get the body chemistry rollling to burn the fat. As Imagood1 said, post a menu so we can help you.
