Default Ordered some new shoes from Zappos - and they upgraded me to next day!

My old shoes were from 2006, so definitely time to upgrade my walking shoes. I hit Zappos, and found these beauties:



It says 4-5 days free shipping, so that's ok, I'll suffer with what I have from 3 years ago. Then Zappos emails me that they upgraded me to next day for free!

Awesome customer service.
