I don't think you can actually cure it, but you can reverse it's effects on your body by rewarding yourself with lower blood sugars and possibly (or very probably) being able to decrease or even cut out meds with the assistance of your physician. Best of all you may live a longer, healthier life if you can commit to this way of eating.
