Re: 4 week up-date | | 17 pounds is such a good weight to lose!! I'd focus on that next time you are tempted although sometimes its easier said than done.
I am constantly tempted by adverts on the TV - I went through an addiction to Chilli Dorito's and literally have to turn the TV over if I see them. I went to a lunch meeting the other day and knew there would be temptations that I couldnt eat so I made myself eat two boiled eggs before going in and they really make you feel full so I wasn't tempted at all. So thats my advice - make sure your full before the temptation appears! Good luck xx
