Hello all...new to the forum and Atkins. I started induction a couple days ago and read that cream and half-n-half was acceptable, but has carbs. Could someone please tell me how many carbs in a tablespoon of cream and a tablespoon of half-n-half? It's sort of hard to measure the half-n-half in my decaf Americano...any tricks or suggestions there?
