Hello,
I've been on atkins for about 6 weeks and have lost approx. 16pds with no exercise. I've noticed that weight loss has slowed dramatically

I started working out this week, but nothing major. I did 30 min 2x this week on the eliptical. I would just like to know what kind of exercise regimen I should follow. I don't want to waste my time at the gym-I already hate it. I'm hot, sweaty, got a headache, no results on the scale,etc....Just looking for a workout regimen that will DELIVER results the fastest, combined with atkins WOE. Any suggestions from ppl that actually work out regularly and have lost weight are appreciated. Thank you.
