Re: what if I wasn't eating much to begin with? | | You will likely find that eating more will make the difference. A couple of posters have had success with using a TBSP or two of coconut oil. One poster felt that she just couldn't eat more, but she could tolerate some CO added to a cup of green tea, and it made a difference, she felt more energetic too. Others just 'man up' and take it off of a spoon.
Think about your car, how well would it run if you consistently kept it low on gas?
