3 days isn't enough for inches. And you are surely building muscle with your workouts. Keep it up. My motto is there is no such thing as a stall if you are exercising, as you constantly improve the body. Keep shaping and toning, it will become the body you want. The last few pounds are always tough, you have to be tougher!
