I can understand your frustration. It's my second time around too, but wholeheartedly this time. I was expecting a bigger loss too, but the other posters reminded me that it doesn't come off as quick as we want it to, and it did take us awhile to put it on.
I get frustrated with the ketosis stix. They come and go and I've decided that as long as I am sweatin like a farm animal, SOMETHING is getting burned off.
I too DETEST veggies so I feel limited to the meat and cheese thing. I'm a lazy and terrible cook, but I keep plugging away at it. I've searched the web for low carb recipies and have found some pretty snazzy ones. They sneak in those horrid veggies and give me a spin on the egg thing

So simple even I can handle them.
Don't give up. I wanted to the other day but read some other posts and got my ambition back. We're all in this together. Remember that ANY loss is still a LOSS, which is the goal, right?
