Most of them have the nutrition info underneath just watch the serving size. I try to aim for one that has 0 carbs, which you have to remember there are still some carbs in there.
I prefer going to wingstop and getting the "plain" wings(the once with no breading) and no sauce. I dont eat their ranch dressing, but rather use mine at home which is very low in carb.
If you like to dip them, look at Walmart/Store for the low carb BBQ from Kraft which is pretty good.
