Hello all,
Yea i do write down everything I eat.
this is what i ate yesterday:
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs
Lunch: Burger king xl bacon cheese burger ( BUN removed) with mayonaise (1 tsp) and ketchup ( 1/2 tsp) and diet coke
snack: babybell cheddar cheese x2, fine green beans(1 cup) in butter and pepper
Dinner: 2 sausages and 1/4 chicken with (2 tsp mayonaise) and pickled gherkin
and no weightloss, in fact i have now gained weight i have gone from 85.0kg- 90.9kg in 2 weeks

and i am exercising i do boxercise..
Im so scared i feel like i am in a rut, im not loosing and now gaining.
