Ketchup has a lot of sugar in it, so it is not allowed. An alternative is to make your own or to buy Heinz Low Carb Ketchup (1 carb per serving).
Diet Coke is sweetened with aspartame. Dr. Atkins warned that aspartame can stall one's weight loss (I actually gain from it) and many people discover their weight loss restarts once they drop it.
Also check the ingredients in mayo.

Did you check the pickles for added sugar? You should also check if the sausages contain only legal ingredients. Most of them have sugar (e.g. dextrose) or fillers derived from soy or wheat.
Your veggies are too low. During Induction you should be eating three cups of them, maximum one of which can come from the "Other Vegetables" list. Right now you are eating one cup of green beans and one cucumber, so you're missing almost two cups of salad vegetables.
How much water are you drinking? The minimum is 64 oz, but you should be drinking more if you are exercising.
It's pretty hard to gain 13 lbs (5.9 kg) in two weeks. You'd have to eat each day about 3250 calories above what you are burning, so for this to happen you'd need to have a 14-day long massive binge.

What this means is that the weight you've gained is probably water weight, or at least most of it is water weight.
Constipation can be a reason. Another can be water retention from exercising. Or maybe TOM. Plus all the food-related issues I mentioned above.

Are you also taking body measurements? If you are exercising heavily, you might be gaining weight or stalling, but nevertheless losing inches.
So the plan...
- drop everything sweetened with aspartame or sugar (e.g. ketchup)
- eat all your vegetables
- always read the labels and look for "illegal" ingredients -- if it's not on the Induction Acceptable Food List, it shouldn't go into your mouth
- drink plenty of water
- take body measurements
