Re: 36 days on induction and I refuse to weigh | | I use the scale as a constant incentive. If I'm up a pound, I'll get MAD and do an extra hour a the gym plus do another review of my food. My body knows if it doesn't want me to drop a hammock at the gym and live there, it better drop some weight this week.
If I'm down, I get excited and happy and do extra at the gym.
Either way, it's a fueling source, and inspiration for my day. Just another way of looking at that scale!
