Re: Help 26 days back on atkins and nothing :( | | I just wanted to point out that you may want to look at the amount of fat eaten as opposed to the amount of protein. You might want to aim for a little more fat (no more cheese though) and a little less protein and be sure to drink water.
I agree you are probably retaining water like Georgiana said.
The burger king and the sausage probably has your sodium levels at all time highs (not to mention the diet coke ((also full of sodium)), ketchup, and mayonaise are also full of sodium).
The water will flush out if you give your self a chance.
