(vent warning) | | Its funny how we (me included!) don't think 3 lbs is very much...try carying around a 3lb dumbell (or whatever) for one whole day - you'll learn to appreciate 3 lbs a whole lot more. Or open the fridge & take a good look at a lb of butter - that's what a pound of fat looks like - one less of those can only be a good thing!
