Re: Help! I'm stuck (Induction Advice) | | I don't snack much, because I don't really get hungry in-between meals due to ketosis. Here are some suggestions for snacks though:
Rolled up sandwich meat (no sugar or other illegal ingredients)
Celery with cream cheese
pork rinds
veggies & dip (salad dressing or mayo)
stuffed mushroom caps (I think the recipe in in the never-ending induction recipes thread)
different kinds of cheese (Havarti with jalepeno, etc) - max 4oz cheese/day
