Re: 29 days on induction and no weight loss | | Not yet. but here it is now. I usually have a small salad with ranch dressing. 2 pieces of baked chicken and maybe 4 eggs. I can't post everything that I eat because I make sure I change it up a lot so that I dont get tired of the same foods. But I do know that I am not going over the 20 carbs. I have been in ketosis since day 3. I also know that there is nothing wrong with my thyroid. |
