So frustrated | | I have been doing Atkins (again) faithfully since February. I have stayed in ketosis, but have had only 4 pound weightloss (which was in the first week) It is so frustrating to be doing it right (under 20) ..very limited Atkins bars, mostly omelets, meat and salads. I have used the ketosis strips which so that I am in ketosis, but I cannot get the scale to budge! I have added more fat (per Jimmy Moore) and still nothing..and for those who are not scale lovers, my pants are not fitting any differnt either! What am I doing wrong? Could there be another issue? Any one else gone through this? If so, what helped you? I dont want to give up, but I am so close! Please help! |
