Re: So frustrated | | Two words...Add Veggies. If you've been on plan since Feb, it's time to move on up to OWL and Rung 1. A lot of people find they'll get a nice whooshie just by adding some more veggies in Rung 1.
Hang in there! Drink your water. Stay on plan. Add veggies. It'll come.
