Unhappy Back on the "Wagon" AGAIN!

Hi Everyone. I just joined today and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Leona. I found this group while searching Induction receipe ideas. After having been very successful on Atkins many years ago, I have been back and fourth many times while my weight has been creeping up and up. I just stepped on my scale and I have now reached a weight that I thought I would never see again.

So, here I am again. Back but new at the same time.
