Thanks that would be fab... a basic day..
3 egg omlette with 2oz cheese and half a tomato, and a couple of mushrooms fried.. with a spoon of mayo (hellmans)
Chicken leg x 2 with garlic mayo on some spinach, cucumber, olives, and a slice of onion
Mince cooked with peppers, 2oz cheese, mayo and a cup of cauliflour ,with butter, garlic sprinkle and pepper (or chicken, pork, beef, fish)... and some cup of veg.. ie broccoli
12 pints of water
1 cup of decaf coffee, with double thick cream (although cut this out now incase this is the culprit)
PS - and my stix are constantly in some form of light colour
