don't be sorry I don't work but I do have four kids so I don't have much time either. And yeah I agree it can be a bit of a pain but when you lose those firt few pounds it will be worth it. I plan ahead. On Sundays I cook about three pounds of chicken cut it up and put it in the fridge then I cook up some ground turkey and season it and stick that in the fridge. I even pre shred my cheese and pre cut my veggies. So during the week I don't have to do much. I make 3 eggs with an ounce of chees a bit of onion (maybe a tablespoon) and some bacon bits ( i get the real bacon bits that is just bacon a local store has them) and it takes all of 5 minutes and I do that while my kids are eating. At lunch time I get out my lettuce ( i prewash and cut it too) put on my meat add a bit of cheese and im good to go. It will take a half a day to do your shopping and pre cook and cut somethings but then you are good for the week. As for drinking water well I suck at it but I make sure I drink four 16.9 ounce bottles a day. I find it easier to put them in the freezer and its more like a slushy when I get to it so it goes down quicker for me. If you are really tight on time maybe you can prepare your foods the night before so you are ready to go.
