1 cup of decaf coffee, with double thick cream (although cut this out now incase this is the culprit)
PS - and my stix are constantly in some form of light colour | I think this menu is fine. You are a bit off on the veggies. You seem to be eating too many veggies from the "other list"
And don't forget plenty of water. Helps with getting the fat loss going and helps with constipation.
