Recipe off of recipezarr.com

Ingredients
  • 1 envelope knox gelatin (or 1 Tbsp.)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 10 packets of sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened Kool-Aid (to taste)
It depends how sweet you want it. 10 packets of sweetener has the sweetening power as 1-2 teaspoons of sugar. That's the equivalent of about 1/4 top 1/2 cup of sugar.

Just remember that you are limited to 3 servings of sweetener per day on Atkins. So if you make that recipe as it is written, 1/3 of it will use up all of your sweetener for 1 day.
