Re: Quick question | | Well.. I might of overshot the cheddar cheese...I probably should measure it your right.. I just take a pinch or two out to cover the top of the meat..which is in an average sized bowl.. I will definitely measure tonight to see what I use..The string cheese I eat between lunch and dinner is 1 ounce..
When I was studying up on this diet the vegetable thing confused me alot.. the way it sounds I messed it up! ha ha.. So.. what if I like take take 2 cups of lettuce 1 cup of brocolli and chicken breast and make it a salad for lunch?
