Hello Everyone,

Keetje signing in from London. Weather has been incredibly changeable and windy here...one minute bright sunshine, the next pouring with rain.

Been very busy today in the office - internet connection was playing up, hopefully it should be fixed by tomorrow.

Otherwise, all fine, staying on plan and doing my best not to drink any diet drinks, I think the aspartame is slowing down the weight loss a bit.
