Default Re: I'm bored, review my menu? FitDay linked

What are the bacon bits made of if they are meatless?

I think your veggies are a little too high and you are not getting over half of your net carbs from vegetables. But other than that, it looks good.

There's a feature somewhere in FitDay that allows you to add a custom food. You can use that to create an entry for the dressing you're using. But I'd count the carbs in it as 0.5 since they can write 0 when the carbs are <0.5. So you could be getting 0.49 carbs/serving... and if you eat more than 1 serving, they'll add up.

[edited to add] You probably know this, but you're over the 3-4 oz cheese limit.

I believe that the best way to overcome temptation is not with willpower, which is so often in short supply, but with our brain power, a potentially unlimited resource.

Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"
