Re: I'm scared to lose weight | | It would be easier for you to stay the way you are - unhealthy, sluggish, feeling sorry for yourself each and every day, or you can take your health in your own hands and become the person you want to be. Don't do this for your kids or your mother, husband, friends - do this for yourself.
You have to be ready mentally to start and stay on this journey. You have to use the food you eat for energy to get through the day - not as something to do when you are tired, bored, lonely, whatever. As soon as you find a way to do that you will have most of the battle won.
Once you decide this is really what you want you will be able to get over the daily hurdles that have been keeping you from being happy and getting to your goal. Good luck. |
