I think i did the diet so far instinctly correct. I remembered that i have to eat proteins and no carbs, theres nothing difficult in that.
what i did not know is that i have to try to eat fat, thats a problem because i was never a fan of fat. On meat or chicken skin its ok i have no problem to eat it, i use a bit olive oli in the salad and preparing the egs in the pan but thats it, maybe i start melting some butter on the meat.
I would like to ask you something to understand the logic of this concept please,... if the body burns fat instead of carbs, it has a limit to burn every day so if i feed the body fat, why not use the fat i fed it and use the fat of the body to burn it?
another very important question for me is, a normal person, a for his life always been thin person... the body it self, i mean.. the most common and the most normal opn this planet, IS IT MADE TO BURN CARBS AND FUNCTION? OR TO BURN FAT AND FUNCTION?
