Staples work well with the parchment paper... just don't put them in the microwave! I might try this over the weekend, but, when ever we go camping we make omlets in a Ziploc bag, then boil it until the egg is cooked. I wonder how it would be if you put fish, veggies etc. in the bag and boiled it?
