Hi, I started Atkins almost a month ago, and ive lost 14 lbs! The only thing that kept me going was ADBB! I checked it out about every day and the more i looked through it i knew i could do it too! The most motivating is the before and after pics, cant wait till i can get mine on there, (if i get the guts). So i decided to join to get more 1 on 1 motivation, thanks to every one...
