Default Re: I want to stay on my diet but i cant!!!

Go on OWL Rung 1 and add 5 net carbs of veggies a day -- you will feel so much better and will continue to loose weight. If you feel too restricted on induction you should just move on.

Don't give up you've done so well this far. Good luck.
