Thank's everyone. I'm so happy about this progress. My brain keeps trying to convince me it's OK to have "Just one little piece of bread" or "one bite of candy" .... but I'm staying strong and not cheating. The missing pounds are my prize for not cheating .... and proof of just how important that really is.
Oh, and I'm drinking more and more water too.

Oddly enough .... I'm sorta, kinda starting to like it. Weird huh?
