I have my next appointment with my family Dr. on July 6. My weight hasn't dropped much since I was there but I've lost a few lbs. The main thing I'm so happy about is my BS readings. It's always below 140. This weekend it's been below 110! Can't wait to find out what my A1c is. I usually dread going to my Dr. because I know he's gonna tell me I need to loose weight, but now I think he will be pleased with me. Just as an aside, my doc lost a bunch of weight by doing Atkins too.....
