help! | | Alright I really didn't want to write this..but I'm holding myself accountable! I went on vacation with my parents and I was REALLY good at first. Key word being "at first." Near the end of the trip things got really hectic and I ended up straying from Atkins here and there. I only gained back 2 pounds but now all my cravings are back again. I knew better than to do this and I thought I was stronger after doing this for 6 months now. I guess I was wrong! What should I do to get back on track? Has anyone else done this and figured out how to stop the cravings faster. I don't want to backslide after all of my progress. I'm so disappointed in myself-- but I realize this is a lifestyle change and that at some point I am going to eat a hamburger with bread or a piece of pie. It's just keeping it to an every now and then thing and not every excuse you can make thing. Ok thanks for listening to the rant! |
